By accessing and using Vida+, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part, do not use the application.
Vida+ is a personal well-being application that provides:
The service is available in multiple languages and syncs data via the cloud.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Vida+. If you are between 13–18, you are responsible for obtaining consent from parents/guardians. You agree to provide accurate information.

We grant you a personal, non-commercial, and non-transferable license to use Vida+. You may not sell, rent, lend access, publish on other platforms, or create clones.
Vida+ is provided "as is", without warranties of uninterrupted functionality, absolute security, data accuracy, or fitness for specific purposes.
We are NOT responsible for data loss (keep backups), lost profits, indirect or consequential damages, or failures caused by your device/connection.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid (or free = $0).
You retain full ownership of content you create (tasks, notes, etc).
You grant Vida+ a worldwide, royalty-free license to store your data, sync across devices, perform backups, and comply with laws.
When you delete content, it will be removed within 30 days. Backups may take longer.
Your privacy is governed by the Privacy Policy. Read it carefully.
Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
You are responsible for all applicable fees.
We may add/remove features, discontinue the service with 90 days' notice, modify prices, or maintain/delete inactive accounts.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings > Delete Account. We may terminate for violation of Terms, illegal activity, or prolonged inactivity (2 years).
These Terms are governed by Portuguese/Brazilian law as applicable. You agree to jurisdiction in local courts.
Before legal action:
If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
